Shipping Policy

Where we ship We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. If you're outside the US and want to order, email us at contact@tellmecards.com and we'll let you know if there are options.

Processing time Orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment partner in Michigan within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping method and transit time We ship primarily via USPS Ground, though we may use an alternative carrier at our discretion to ensure timely delivery. Typical transit time is within 5 business days of shipment, so total time from order placement to delivery is usually 5 to 7 business days.

Tracking your order Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to follow your package through to delivery.

Shipping delays We aim to meet the timelines above, but carrier delays caused by weather, peak-season volume, or service disruptions are outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, email us at contact@tellmecards.com and we'll help.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. If a package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable because of an address error, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
